PRICES
All prices are exclusively for online purchases through this website and include local taxes, but not shipping charges. Shipping charges are borne by the user. Agúmana reserves the right to change its sale prices at any time. However, we undertake to apply the current rates listed on the site for those orders which have been placed before the above mentioned change.
ORDERS
Agúmana offers the possibility to carry out orders of original artworks customized based on the CLOTHESPEG. To do this you must use the contact form, where you explain your idea. Once studied and agreed with the buyer, Agúmana will make a sketch and budget, which will send it for final approval. The price will be calculated according to the characteristics of the work (size, estimated hours of work, etc.) and the deadline will be the agreement with the buyer, taking into account the measures of the work, its difficulty and the list of pending orders, counting from the acceptance of the budget and verification of the payment of 50% of the agreed price, and through the form of payment you want among those available on the web. Upon completion of the work, Agúmana will send to the buyer an image of the result of the work for final acceptance and initiate the final procedures for payment of the remaining amount of the total price of the budgeted work and the delivery to its recipient. In case of accepting the budget and dismissing the final result of the work, the amount paid as payment and sign of the agreement, will not be refunded, leaving the final work in physical and intellectual property of Agúmana..
AVAILABILITY
It must be borne in mind that all the original artwork is a unique product which may not legally be reproduced, which means that it may happen that a certain product is not in stock at a set time because it has previously been bought by another customer. Agúmana will not bear any responsibility should these circumstances arise.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Agúmana offers you 3 methods of payment:
1 – Credit Card.
Online payment by credit card is made through the secure payment system REDYS de TPV Virtual. Once we receive payment notification from our bank, we will process the delivery of the artwork.
2 – Bank Transfer
Once the order has been made, you should make a bank transfer to our account which we will indicate on your purchase order. The customer has 10 working days from the date of his/her/its order to make the transfer; if it has not been done within that time the order will be cancelled. Once we receive payment notification from our bank, we will process the delivery of the artwork.
3 – Paypal
PayPal is one of the fastest methods to pay online. . Once we receive payment notification from our bank, we will process the delivery of the artwork.
SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES
Once an order has been sent it cannot be cancelled. The order will be sent to the address you indicated when you made your purchase. We will send orders to any destination. Delivery times will depend on the specific destination. Delivery times will be within 7 and 20 working days depending on the specific destination. All prices will be calculated once the order has been processed and a valid billing address has been notified. These prices will be shown in the total amounts section for the final acceptance of the purchase. Agúmana may decide to bear all shipping costs depending on the total cost of the purchase and destination. Our web site will show all these details.
GUARANTEE OF QUALITY AND AUTHENTICITY OF THE ARTWORK
All artwork and copies are sent to the buyer together with its GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY certificate, specifying its materials, quality and status as a unique artwork duly signed and dated by the Artist.
RETURN POLICY
The buyer will have 15 calendar days from the date of the receipt of the artwork which he may return the artwork. The buyer will have to contact Agúmana via email (info@agumana) stating their reasons. Agúmana will advise you, via phone or email, of the process to follow. Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer except in case the buyer has received the artwork in poor condition. The return of the artwork must be made using specific package which guarantees the perfect condition of the artwork. We will not accept any returns of damaged, dirty or manipulated artwork. Once the product has been received and reviewed, Agúmana will proceeding with the refund, using the same method of payment used by the buyer to purchase the artwork. In case this is not possible, we will proceed payment via bank transfer.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Graphics, images, photographs, sounds, animations, text, as well as the information and contents included in Agumana.com are protected by Spanish law on intellectual property rights, in favour of the company’s social name, and the law does not permit the reproduction or publication of the website or any part of it, nor its processing and/or publication, in whole or in part, by computer, distribution, diffusion, modification, transformation or undoing, or the infringement of any other legally recognized rights of its owner, without prior written permission of agumana.com. Users may solely and exclusively use the material which appears on this website for their own personal and private use, being prohibited the use of it for commercial purposes or to engage in any illegal activities. All intellectual property rights are expressly reserved by Agumana.com. Agúmana will also keep the right to reproduce all its original contents and their commercialization.
